Key Responsibilities
Plant Care & Maintenance
- Assist in daily plant care including watering, pruning, defoliating, and trellising
- Monitor plant health and report any signs of pests, disease, or deficiencies
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment according to SOPs
- Follow lighting and feeding schedules accurately
- Accurately complete logs and compliance documentation as required
- Support harvest, drying, and trimming operations as needed
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions
Requirements
- Must be 21+ years old
- Must pass background check and fingerprint prior to hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Comfortable working in a physically active, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to comply with all local cannabis regulations and workplace policies
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in cannabis cultivation, agriculture, or horticulture
- Familiarity with indoor grow operations or hydroponic systems
- Desire for a long-term career in cannabis
