Job Overview for Post Production Associate
Description
We are looking for a dependable and detail-focused Post-production Associate to support our packaging operations. This role involves handling dried cannabis flower and other products, weighing, labeling, and packaging them according to company standards and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and able to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Packaging & Labeling
- Accurately weigh, package, and label cannabis flower and products for retail and wholesale distribution
- Ensure all packaging is compliant with state regulations and company SOPs
- Maintain consistency in product appearance and packaging quality
- Complete required documentation for inventory tracking and compliance reporting
- Operate basic packaging equipment (e.g., sealers, labelers) with care and attention to detail
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following sanitation and safety protocols
- Work as part of a team to meet daily and weekly production goals
- Assist with other post-production tasks (trimming, sorting, etc.) as needed
Requirements
- Must be 21+ years old
- Must pass background check and fingerprint prior to hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Comfortable working in a physically active, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to comply with all local cannabis regulations and workplace policies
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in packaging, manufacturing, or cannabis production is
preferred - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures precisely
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards
- Comfortable working in a regulated environment and handling cannabis products
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
Compensation & Benefits
